SNSD’s hit Japanese single ‘Genie’ (Tell My Your Wish/소원을 말해봐 in Korean) has been certified ‘Gold’ by the Recording Industry Assocation of Japan! The single, since September, has shipped over 100,000 copies, and has been placed at #62 on the year-end Oricon charts! Their placement has them contending right alongside top J-Pop idols such as Koda Kumi and Namie Amuro. Congrats to Shoujo Jidai!!
